Lying T Bar Row

Instructions
- Load the bar with appropriate weight and lie face down on the bench.
- Grasp the handles or the end of the barbell with a pronated grip.
- Keep your body flat against the bench and pull the bar towards your chest.
- Squeeze your shoulder blades together as you reach the top of the motion.
- Slowly lower the bar back to the starting position, keeping control.
- Repeat the exercise for the desired number of repetitions.
Common Mistakes to Avoid
- Rounding the back during the exercise.
- Using too much weight and compromising form.
- Not engaging the shoulder blades fully at the top of the movement.
