Lying Supine Dumbbell Curl

Instructions
- Lie on a bench with a dumbbell in each hand, palms facing forward.
- Keep your elbows close to your torso and curl the weights while exhaling.
- Continue until your biceps are fully contracted and the dumbbells are at shoulder level.
- Pause for a second, then slowly begin to lower the dumbbells back to the starting position while inhaling.
Common Mistakes to Avoid
- Using too much weight, compromising form.
- Not keeping elbows stationary.
- Swinging the dumbbells instead of curling.
