Lying Crossover
A flexibility exercise targeting the shoulders and torso.
Instructions
- Lie on your back with arms extended to the sides.
- Bring one foot over to the opposite side of your body, reaching towards your hand.
- Hold the stretch, feeling the tension in your torso and shoulder.
- Return to the starting position and switch sides.
Common Mistakes to Avoid
- Not keeping the back flat on the ground.
- Overstretching and causing discomfort or pain.
