Instructions
- Lie on your back on the floor with your feet flat, knees bent.
- Grasp a close grip bar attached to a high pulley with both hands.
- Tighten your core and pull the bar towards your forehead by bending your elbows.
- Keep your upper arms stationary and focus on using your biceps to pull.
- Slowly lower the bar back to the starting position in a controlled manner.
