Instructions
- Lie face down on a high bench with a pad to support your upper body.
- Grasp the cambered barbell with an overhand grip, hands slightly wider than shoulder-width apart.
- Hang your arms down towards the floor, keeping the bar off the ground.
- Pull the barbell upwards towards your lower chest, squeezing the shoulder blades together.
- Pause at the top, then slowly lower the bar back to the starting position.
