Instructions
- Set up a cable machine with a straight bar attachment at the low position.
- Lie back on a flat bench with your feet flat on the floor.
- Grab the bar with an underhand grip, your hands shoulder-width apart.
- Ensure your upper arms remain stationary, curl the bar towards your shoulders by contracting your biceps.
- Pause when the bar is close to your shoulders, then slowly lower the bar back to the starting position.
Common Mistakes to Avoid
- Allowing elbows to move forward, reducing bicep engagement.
- Using momentum by swinging the weights.
- Not maintaining control during the eccentric phase.
