Instructions
- Stand upright with your feet together, holding a weight plate on your right hand.
- Step forward with your right leg and lower your body into a lunge position.
- As you lunge, pass the weight under your right leg to the left hand.
- Push through the right heel to return to the standing position, and bring your feet back together.
- Repeat the movement with the left leg.
Common Mistakes to Avoid
- Not maintaining balance during the pass.
- Not bending the knees at a 90-degree angle.
- Allowing the front knee to go past the toes during lunge.
