Lower Back Curl
A back-strengthening exercise focusing on the lower back region.
Instructions
- Lie face down on a mat with hands by your sides.
- Lift your chest and shoulders off the ground as high as possible.
- Hold the position for a few seconds before slowly lowering down.
Common Mistakes to Avoid
- Raising the legs instead of shoulders.
- Not controlling the movement on the way down.
