Low Cable Crossover

Instructions
- Stand between two low pulleys with a handle in each hand.
- Step forward slightly to create tension on the cables.
- Bring your hands together in front of your body, keeping a slight bend in the elbows.
- Slowly return to the starting position to complete one rep.

- Using too much weight, which can lead to poor form.
- Not maintaining a slight bend in the elbows, which can strain the joints.
- Not achieving full range of motion.
- Rocking the body instead of using controlled movements.
