Linear Acceleration Wall Drill

Instructions
- Stand facing a wall, arms extended, with hands on the wall for support.
- Lean forward slightly, keeping the body aligned from head to toes.
- Drive one knee up explosively while pushing back with the opposite foot.
- Alternate legs quickly, maintaining balance and form.
Common Mistakes to Avoid
- Failing to maintain body alignment, leading to inefficient movement.
- Not driving the knees high enough, reducing exercise effectiveness.
- Leaning too much into the wall, which can affect balance.
