Instructions
- Adjust the seat to the appropriate height.
- Sit down and grip the handles with a firm grip.
- Press the handles upward until your arms are fully extended.
- Slowly lower the handles back to the starting position.
Common Mistakes to Avoid
- Not adjusting the seat properly, causing improper form.
- Lifting too quickly and using momentum rather than muscles.
- Allowing the elbows to flare out excessively during the press.
