Leverage Incline Chest Press
A machine-based exercise focusing on the upper portion of the chest using a lever mechanism.
Instructions
- Adjust the seat of the machine so that the handles are at chest level.
- Sit down and grasp the handles with a firm overhand grip.
- Push the handles upward until your arms are fully extended without locking your elbows.
- Slowly return to the starting position allowing the handles to come back to chest level.
- Repeat for the desired number of repetitions.
Common Mistakes to Avoid
- Locking the elbows at the top of the movement.
- Using momentum to lift the weight instead of controlled motion.
- Setting the seat too low, reducing the range of motion.
