Leverage Deadlift
A compound exercise that targets the lower body and back, performed using a leverage machine.
Instructions
- Set up the leverage machine with an appropriate weight.
- Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart on the platform.
- Grasp the handles or bar firmly.
- Keep your back straight and head facing forward.
- Push through your heels and stand up, lifting the weight.
- Lower the weight slowly back to the starting position.
Common Mistakes to Avoid
- Rounding the back during the lift.
- Using too much weight, leading to poor form.
- Not engaging the core muscles.
- Allowing the knees to collapse inward.
