Leg Pull In
The Leg Pull In exercise focuses on core strength, particularly the abdominals.
Instructions
- Sit on the edge of a bench or chair and lean back slightly, holding onto the sides for support.
- Extend your legs out in front of you, keeping them off the ground.
- Pull your knees in towards your chest, keeping your core engaged.
- Extend your legs out again to the starting position without touching the floor.
- Repeat the movement for the desired number of repetitions.
Common Mistakes to Avoid
- Not keeping the core engaged throughout the exercise.
- Letting the feet touch the ground at the extended position.
- Using momentum to swing the legs in and out rather than controlled movement.
