Leg Over Floor Press

Instructions
- Lie on your back on the floor with a dumbbell in each hand.
- Position the dumbbells close to your chest, elbows bent.
- Extend your legs straight out, keeping them off the floor.
- Press the dumbbells upward until your arms are fully extended.
- Lower the dumbbells back to the starting position.
Common Mistakes to Avoid
- Failing to keep the legs off the floor during the press.
- Allowing the lower back to arch excessively.
- Dropping the elbows too far below the floor at the bottom of the movement.
