Lateral Box Jump
An explosive exercise to improve agility and power by jumping side-to-side over a box.
Instructions
- Stand beside the box with feet shoulder-width apart.
- Bend your knees and extend your hips to jump sideways over the box.
- Land softly on the other side, ensuring your knees are slightly bent.
