Kneeling Single Arm High Pulley Row
A row exercise targeting the back and arm muscles using a high pulley.
Instructions
- Set the cable pulley to a high position.
- Kneel down facing the machine with one knee on the ground and the opposite foot forward.
- Grab the handle with one hand using a neutral grip.
- Pull the handle towards your torso, squeezing your shoulder blade.
- Slowly extend your arm back to the starting position.
Common Mistakes to Avoid
- Not engaging the core, leading to poor posture.
- Using momentum instead of controlled movements.
- Letting the shoulder roll forward during the row.
- Not completing the full range of motion.
