Kneeling Hip Flexor

Instructions
- Kneel on your right knee and put your left foot in front of you at a right angle.
- Place your hands on your hips or raise them above your head.
- Push the hips forward as you straighten your back, feeling a stretch in the hips.
Common Mistakes to Avoid
- Allowing the back to arch too much.
- Not engaging the glutes to aid the stretch.
- Letting the front knee go past the toes.
