Kneeling High Pulley Row
A back exercise targeting the lats, performed on a high pulley while kneeling.
Instructions
- Attach a wide-grip handle to the high pulley.
- Kneel in front of the machine with your back straight and core engaged.
- Grab the handle with both hands, palms facing down, arms fully extended.
- Pull the handle towards your chest, keeping elbows high and squeezing your shoulder blades together.
- Hold briefly at the contraction, then slowly return to the starting position.
Common Mistakes to Avoid
- Allowing momentum to assist the pull, rather than engaging muscles.
- Arching the back instead of keeping it straight.
- Letting elbows drop rather than keeping them high.
