Kneeling Cable Triceps Extension
An isolation exercise to build the triceps, focusing on the long head.
Instructions
- Attach a rope handle to a low pulley.
- Kneel in front of the cable machine, facing it.
- Grab the rope with both hands and extend your arms overhead.
- Fully extend your arms to lockout at the top while keeping the elbows fixed at a point.
- Lower the rope back to the starting position.
Common Mistakes to Avoid
- Allowing elbows to flare out excessively.
- Using too much weight and compromising form.
- Not fully extending the arms at the top.
