Knee Circles

Instructions
- Stand with your feet together and knees slightly bent.
- Place your hands on your knees for support.
- Move your knees in a circular motion clockwise for several repetitions.
- Reverse the motion, moving your knees counter-clockwise for the same number of repetitions.

- Not keeping knees slightly bent throughout the exercise.
- Moving too quickly, which can cause imbalance.
- Not maintaining a steady circular motion.
