Knee Across The Body

Instructions
- Lie on your back with your legs straight.
- Lift your right leg, bending the knee.
- Cross your right knee over to the left side of your body.
- Hold the stretch, feeling it in your lower back and hip.
- Return to the starting position and repeat with the other leg.
Common Mistakes to Avoid
- Not holding the stretch long enough.
- Arching the back instead of focusing on the hip stretch.
- Twisting the upper body instead of isolating the movement to the lower body.
