Instructions
- Start by standing with your feet shoulder-width apart, holding a kettlebell in each hand. Begin with the palms facing your body at chest level.
- Initiate the movement by rotating your wrists outward as you press the kettlebells overhead.
- Extend your arms fully until your palms face forward at the top of the movement.
- Slowly lower the kettlebells back to the start position, with palms facing the body.
Common Mistakes to Avoid
- Not fully extending the arms at the top of the press.
- Using excessive weight, which can lead to poor form and reduce the effectiveness of the exercise.
- Failing to rotate the wrists properly, which is essential for targeting the intended muscles.
