Instructions
- Load the barbell with appropriate weight.
- Lie down on a bench, feet flat on the ground.
- Grip the barbell with an overhand grip, hands shoulder-width apart.
- Lower the barbell towards your chest, keeping your elbows in.
- Press the weight back up without locking your elbows.
