Instructions
- Lie on your back with your arms extended behind your head and legs straight.
- Simultaneously raise your arms and legs to meet over your abdomen, forming a V shape with your body.
- Engage your core muscles tightly as you lift.
- Hold the position briefly at the top, then slowly lower back to the starting position.
- Repeat for the desired number of reps.
