Instructions
- Stand or sit up straight.
- Place your palm against your forehead.
- Apply gentle pressure with your hand as you resist with your neck.
- Hold for 5-10 seconds.
- Repeat 3-5 times.
- Switch to the back of your head and repeat.

- Bending the neck instead of keeping it straight.
