Incline Push Up Wide
A wide grip variation of incline push-ups targeting the chest muscles.
Instructions
- Find an elevated surface like a bench or step.
- Place hands wider than shoulder-width apart on the surface.
- Walk back your feet until your body forms a straight line from head to heels.
- Lower your chest towards the bench by bending elbows.
- Push back to the starting position using chest and triceps.
Common Mistakes to Avoid
- Letting the hips sag, losing the straight body line.
- Placing hands too close which reduces chest activation.
- Not going low enough to engage chest muscles properly.
