Incline Push Up Medium

Instructions
- Find a sturdy surface inclined at medium height.
- Place your hands at shoulder width on the surface.
- Lower your body by bending your elbows until your chest nearly touches the incline.
- Press back up to the starting position.
Common Mistakes to Avoid
- Incorrect hand placement leading to shoulder strain.
- Not maintaining a straight line from head to heels.
- Flaring elbows out instead of keeping them close to the body.
