Incline Hammer Curls
Perform bicep curls on an incline bench to target the forearms and biceps.
Instructions
- Sit on an incline bench with your back firmly against the pad.
- Hold a dumbbell in each hand with a neutral grip, with palms facing inward.
- Keep your elbows close to your sides and curl the weights towards your shoulders.
- Squeeze your biceps at the top of the movement, then slowly lower back to starting position.
Common Mistakes to Avoid
- Using momentum to lift the weights instead of controlled muscle movement.
- Flaring elbows out to the sides.
- Lifting the shoulders up and off the bench.
