Incline Dumbbell Press

Instructions
- Lie back on an incline bench with a dumbbell in each hand.
- Hold the dumbbells above your chest with your palms facing away from you.
- Lower the weights to the sides of your chest while inhaling.
- Press the dumbbells back to the starting position while exhaling.
Common Mistakes to Avoid
- Using too much weight which compromises form.
- Not maintaining proper wrist alignment.
- Arching the back excessively.
