Incline Dumbbell Bench With Palms Facing In
A variation of the incline dumbbell press where palms face inward, engaging the chest differently.
Instructions
- Set an incline bench to a 30-45 degree angle and sit with a dumbbell in each hand.
- Lift the dumbbells to shoulder height with palms facing each other.
- Press the dumbbells up above your chest, straightening your arms.
- Slowly lower the dumbbells back to the starting position at shoulder height.
Common Mistakes to Avoid
- Not maintaining a full range of motion.
- Allowing the elbows to flare out too much.
- Using momentum instead of controlled movements.
- Setting the incline bench at too steep an angle.
