Incline Cable Chest Press

Instructions
- Set the bench to a 30-45 degree incline.
- Position the dual cables to the lowest setting.
- Lie on the bench and hold the handles with an overhand grip.
- Press the handles upwards until your arms reach full extension, then slowly return.

- Using too much weight leading to improper form.
- Allowing the cables to dictate the movement's range of motion.
- Not maintaining a neutral spine.
