Instructions
- Stand with feet hip-width apart.
- Bend at the hips to place hands on the floor.
- Walk hands forward until in a plank position.
- Walk feet back towards hands and stand up.
Common Mistakes to Avoid
- Not keeping legs straight while bending forward.
- Sagging hips while in plank position.
- Not fully extending hands forward.
