Instructions
- Lie on your back on a mat or flat surface.
- Bend your knees and bring them towards your chest.
- Wrap your arms around your knees, hugging them close to your chest.
- Hold the position for a few seconds, then release.

- Hugging knees too tightly, causing discomfort.
- Holding breath while performing the stretch.
