Hip Lift With Band

Instructions
- Lie on your back with the band around your thighs.
- Bend your knees, keeping feet flat on the ground.
- Engage core and lift hips towards the ceiling.
- Hold at the top, squeeze glutes, and slowly lower down.

- Not engaging the core, which can strain the lower back.
- Lifting too high, causing hyperextension of the back.
- Not keeping knees aligned over the feet.
