Hip Flexion With Band

Instructions
- Attach a band to a low anchor point.
- Secure the band around your foot.
- Stand facing the anchor point.
- Flex your hip, bringing your knee up towards your chest.
- Slowly return to the starting position.
Common Mistakes to Avoid
- Using too heavy a band, which can cause improper form.
- Leaning back excessively while lifting the knee.
- Not controlling the return motion.
