High Cable Curls
An isolation exercise targeting the biceps, performed using a cable machine set to a high position.
Instructions
- Attach a handle to each side of a cable crossover machine, setting the pulleys to a high position.
- Stand in the middle with an overhand grip on each handle, arms extended to the sides.
- Keep your elbows slightly bent and curl the handles toward your head, squeezing the biceps.
- Slowly return to the starting position.
Common Mistakes to Avoid
- Using too much weight causing body swing.
- Letting elbows flare out.
- Not using a full range of motion.
