Instructions
- Stand hip-width apart holding the bar with an overhand grip.
- Lower into a quarter squat and pull the bar up explosively.
- Catch the bar in a front squat position at shoulder level.
Common Mistakes to Avoid
- Not keeping the bar close to the body while lifting.
- Starting the pull with the arms instead of the hips.
- Incorrect catch position causing loss of balance.
