Instructions
- Grab the pull-up bar with an underhand grip, hands shoulder-width apart.
- Hang with arms fully extended without swinging.
- Pull chest up to the bar, attempting to touch the bar with your sternum.
- Hold briefly and squeeze the shoulder blades together.
- Lower yourself back to the starting position slowly.

- Not touching the sternum to the bar.
- Using momentum or swinging to perform the movement.
