Front Two Dumbbell Raise
A shoulder exercise using two dumbbells to raise them in front of your body.
Instructions
- Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart and hold a dumbbell in each hand.
- Keep your elbows slightly bent and your palms facing down.
- Raise the dumbbells in front of you until they are at shoulder height.
- Pause briefly at the top, then slowly lower the dumbbells back to the starting position.
- Repeat for the desired number of repetitions.
Common Mistakes to Avoid
- Using too much weight and swinging the dumbbells to gain momentum.
- Not keeping the core engaged to stabilize the body.
- Lifting the dumbbells too high, past shoulder level.
