Front Leg Raises

Instructions
- Stand with feet shoulder-width apart.
- Raise one leg forward, keeping it straight.
- Hold for a few seconds, then lower it slowly.
- Repeat with the other leg.

- Bending the knee instead of keeping the leg straight
