Front Cone Hops (Or Hurdle Hops)
Jump over a series of cones or hurdles placed in front at regular intervals with both feet together.
Instructions
- Set up a line of cones or hurdles in front of you, spaced about 2 feet apart.
- Stand with your feet hip-width apart and knees slightly bent.
- Jump forward over the first cone or hurdle, landing on both feet.
- Immediately jump over the next cone or hurdle.
- Continue jumping over each cone or hurdle in succession.
- Turn around and repeat the sequence.
Common Mistakes to Avoid
- Not bending the knees upon landing, increasing impact on joints.
- Holding breath, leading to fatigue.
- Swinging arms excessively instead of using them for balanced movement.
