Front Cable Raise

Instructions
- Stand facing a cable machine with a straight bar attached to the low pulley.
- Grasp the bar with both hands using an overhand grip.
- Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart and slightly bend your knees.
- With your elbows slightly bent, raise the bar directly in front of you to shoulder height.
- Pause briefly, then slowly lower the bar back to the starting position.
- Repeat for the desired number of repetitions.
Common Mistakes to Avoid
- Using too much weight, leading to swinging or using momentum.
- Not maintaining a slight bend in the elbows.
- Lifting the bar higher than shoulder height.
- Arching the back excessively.
