Instructions
- Stand facing the box with feet shoulder-width apart.
- Bend your knees slightly and swing your arms back.
- Explode upwards and forward, landing softly on the box.
- Stand fully upright on the box.
- Step back down safely.

- Not landing softly, which increases the risk of injury.
- Jumping from too far away, leading to improper landing mechanics.
- Using a box that's too high, causing excessive strain.
- Not maintaining a strong core throughout the jump.
