Floor Press With Chains

Instructions
- Lie on the floor under a barbell with chains attached.
- Grip the bar with hands slightly wider than shoulder-width.
- Lower the bar until your upper arms touch the ground.
- Press the bar back up to the starting position.
- Maintain control throughout the movement, especially as the chains add instability.
Common Mistakes to Avoid
- Not controlling the descent of the bar.
- Flaring elbows too wide, which can strain shoulders.
- Letting the chains swing too much, causing instability.
- Arching the back excessively.
