Flat Bench Cable Flyes

Instructions
- Lie on a flat bench between two cable stations
- Grab the handles with an overhand grip
- Extend your arms directly above your chest with a slight bend in the elbows
- Lower your arms out to the sides in a wide arc until you feel a stretch in your chest
- Return to the starting position by bringing the handles back together above your chest
Common Mistakes to Avoid
- Using too much weight, compromising form
- Bending elbows too much, turning the movement into a press
- Not maintaining a slight bend in elbows
- Arching the back excessively
