Finger Curls

Instructions
- Stand upright holding a barbell with both hands, palms facing up.
- Bend at the knees slightly for stability.
- Allow the bar to roll down to your fingers while keeping a firm grip.
- Curl your fingers back up to squeeze the bar while exhaling.
- Repeat for desired number of reps.
Common Mistakes to Avoid
- Overloading weight leading to improper form
- Failing to control breathing during the exercise
- Not fully extending the fingers during the initial part
- Using too much momentum instead of finger control
