Instructions
- Pick up heavy weights in each hand.
- Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart.
- Walk forward quickly, keeping your core engaged and shoulders back.
- Continue walking for a set time or distance.

- Dropping the weights too soon.
- Taking too short or too long strides.
