Face Pull

Instructions
- Attach a rope to a high pulley and grasp it with both hands.
- Step back until your arms are fully extended.
- Keep your feet shoulder-width apart and your knees slightly bent.
- Pull the rope towards your face, ensuring your upper arms are parallel to the floor.
- Squeeze your shoulder blades together at the end of the movement.
- Slowly extend your arms back to the start position.
Common Mistakes to Avoid
- Using too much weight, which can compromise form and lead to injury.
- Not keeping the upper arms parallel to the floor.
- Pulling with the hands instead of leading with the elbows.
