Ez Bar Skullcrusher
The Ez Bar Skullcrusher is an arm exercise for building triceps strength.
Instructions
- Lie on a flat bench holding an EZ bar above your chest with arms fully extended.
- Keep your elbows tucked in as you lower the bar towards your forehead by bending your elbows.
- Stop just before the bar touches your forehead.
- Press the bar back to the starting position by straightening your arms.
Common Mistakes to Avoid
- Flaring elbows out too far, which reduces triceps activation.
- Using too much weight, sacrificing form for ego lifting.
- Lowering the bar too fast, reducing control.
- Not fully extending the arms, limiting range of motion.
